The problem
Static study material gives every learner the same path. Students need a way to practice from their own documents, understand visual content, and adjust the challenge as their understanding improves.

The approach

The company portal onboards employees and assigns tasks. Learners receive a personalized roadmap with milestones, rewards, and progress tracking.

Quiz difficulty responds to learner performance, while retrieval-augmented study tools support questions about learning material. The project also explores Q-learning for personalized practice.

SWOT dashboards present learning strengths and areas to improve. Diagram interpretation and text-to-speech content offer additional ways to work through complex material.
The outcome
The adaptive-quiz work earned second runner-up at Datahack 3.0. The linked repository develops the broader gamified-learning experience with company and employee workflows.
